INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 cup cheese grated
  • 1/2 cup fresh coriander leaves chopped
  • 1 3/4 cups of whole wheat flour (atta)
  • Salt to taste
  • Milk as required
  • 1 inch ginger piece chopped
  • 2 green chillies chopped
  • 1 tsp of chat masala
  • Ghee/Oil for shallow frying

    TIPS ON APPLES

    Here’s an easy tip on apple.
    If you like ur apples sliced or diced but hate the decolourisation when doin that sprinkle some lime juice on the top of apple, they’ll be fresh as ever even wen dig them for evening cook.
