Chilli chicken, chilly chicken, chili chicken - chilli chilly
INGREDIENTS
- chicken boneless:1/2kg
- chilly powder :1/2 tsp
- salt :1 /2 tsp
- onion:1
- chillies:8
- garlic slices :10
- tomatosauce
- oil
PREPARATION:
- Cut the boneless chicken into small pieces.
- Wash chicken thoroughly with water
- Mix the chicken with ½ tsp chilly powder and ½tsp salt in a bowl.
- Add oil to a hot pan
- Add the marinated chicken to the pan.
- Add 2tea cups of water and stir it gently.
- Take another pan and add one table spoon of oil.
- Add 10 garlic slices which are cut into small pieces and chopped onion .
- Cut the chillies into vertical pieces and add to the pan.
- Fry it for 60 seconds and add one tsp tomato sauce to the pan and pour ½ tea cup of water.
- Add the chicken to the sauce prepared above.
- Close the pan and heat It for 5min.
- Add chicken masala powder/chilly chicken masala powder.
- Heat it for 2 min on slim flame and add ½ cup coriander leaves stir it gently and the chilly chicken now ready to eat.
